ORDERS FROM OVERSEAS

We are unable to accept orders from anywhere outside of the United Kingdom. Unfortunately due to current logistics issues, we cannot currently provide delivery to any non-mainland UK location, including but not limited to Isle of Wight, Highlands, The Scottish Isles, The Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and EIRE. Apologies in advance but please do not attempt to order any goods as we will be unable to fulfil your order.

MAINLAND UK ORDERS

We use a range of postal and courier services depending on the nature of products within your order. For example smaller, dry goods (such as papers, tapes etc) are most likely to be sent via Evri yet heavier or wet goods (such as paint, thinners etc) will most likely be sent via an overnight courier. Standard delivery will take 2-4 working days.

Returns

Consumer Rights Act 2015

Please call us on 020 8397 6198 or email info@metalflake.co.uk if you wish to return your order including your order number. You must tell us about your wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order and you then have 14 days to return the order to us. If you believe the item(s) are faulty please provide a photograph and/ or description.

You are responsible for the return carriage cost (unless the item(s) are faulty). We will refund your order (including any standard delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). If any returned item(s) are not in the same condition (and therefore resalable to another customer) as when we sent them, we will be in touch.
